Our quality control team conducts stringent quality checking of every single product at machining stage to achieve highest standards of accuracy. Each and every machine is thoroughly checked on parameters such as capacity, longitudinal movement, cross movement, wheel head vertical in-feed, grinding wheel, drive motors, weight, size, etc. Thus, we ensure that customers get the right products which are a blend of customers' specifications and performance.
Manufacturing Setup
An advanced infrastructural setup is the key strength of Bhurji. The advanced manufacturing unit is equipped with the latest machines and equipments, handled by skilled engineers. For an effective production process and to meet international standards, we have imported machines of the latest technology.
The assembly area is spread at 4000 sq. ft. where all machines are assembled in line and phase to increase productivity and compatibility. We have a separate area for machining, spread at 1500 sq. ft. Few of our machines include imported TOS make vertical milling and plano miller, HMT lathes, heavy duty radial drill machines, shapers, planers, etc.
