BHURJI Microfeed Surface Grinder Machines are being manufactured in INDIA only by INJECTMAN PLASTICS, FARIDABAD for over 30 years now (Established in 1973): Super Cut Series of machines are designed on both logical thinking and practical experience to meet the utmost requirement of customers for production as well as Tool Room applications.
DESIGN & HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Supercut Series have robust structure and fixed column design. The 3 axis are equipped with separate drives each having full support of guides at all position and are perpendicular to each other. The longitudinal table drive is hydraulic, provided with separate modular power pack with solenoid valves & proximity switches for easy & contact-less reversal with 'Turcite lining' for wear resistance low friction high damping and lasting accuracy.
Y AXIS VERTICAL HEAD MOTION
The spindle housing is supported in the vertical column guide ways, which is heavy duty, box type and ribbed. The spindle housing is cartridge type and fitted with imported super precision angular contact bearings to have long trouble free life and sensitivity essential for extraordinary finish.
Z AXIS CROSS MOTION
The cross feed is automatic with solid-state electronic circuit infinitely variable. The rapid job positioning is also possible, screws are nitrided for long life and separate lubrication pump for lubrication. Rapid vertical wheel positioning through electrical motor is also provided.
